AMADA Programming & Sheet Metal CAM
SERVICE 04 / Programming & simulation
Connect sheet-metal CAD to a validated programming workflow.
I support sheet-metal production programming from flat-pattern preparation to bend simulation, nesting and NC output. Simulation feedback is used to identify feasibility issues and adjust the design or process before the job reaches the shop floor.

What I can help with
- Flat patterns and fabrication-aware development in SOLIDWORKS / SheetWorks
- Press-brake sequence, tooling and collision review in AMADA VPSS4iE
- Laser nesting, cutting-path review and CypCut programming support
- Turret-punch programming and tooling review
- Robot-welding fixture design for locating and supporting components
What you receive
- Reviewed flat-pattern and geometry files
- Machine-specific programs when the machine and postprocessor are agreed
- Simulation screenshots or selected review sequences
- Bend/process information and design-change notes
- Fixture CAD and drawings when included in scope
A clear working process
How we work together
- Confirm machine, tools, material and program requirements.
- Prepare geometry, simulate the process and resolve interference.
- Deliver the agreed output for factory setup and first-run validation.
What to send me
Provide machine model, controller/postprocessor, available tools, material, thickness, machine limits and your existing part files.
Scope & validation
Programs are machine-specific. The factory must validate the postprocessor, tooling and setup, then carry out a controlled first-run check before production.
