Functional 3D Prototyping & Batch 3D Printing
SERVICE 05 / Prototyping and repeat parts
Develop a printable design, validate it physically, then repeat the agreed setup.
I create functional printable products from CAD through slicing and fit checks. A physical sample makes mounting, clearance and daily use easier to evaluate. Once the sample is approved, I can support batch printing and small production runs.

What I can help with
- Print oriented SOLIDWORKS models and design revisions
- STL or 3MF preparation, orientation, support and G-code
- PLA and PETG prototypes and physical fit checks
- Repeat printing with agreed material, settings and quantity
What you receive
- Printable CAD and exchange files
- Prototype photos and revision notes
- An approved sample or print setup
- Printed parts, packing and dispatch when included
How we work together
- Review your brief, files and acceptance requirements.
- Agree the scope and carry out the work with progress reviews.
- Check the agreed deliverables and coordinate handoff.
What to send me
Share dimensions, mating parts, target use, environment, material preference, finish, quantity and shipping destination.
Scope and validation
Capacity, lead time and acceptance criteria are agreed for each batch. Load bearing or safety critical applications require separate validation.
