I consider how a part will be cut, bent, welded, machined, assembled and maintained. My goal is not just a clean model, but a design that is manufacturable, clearly documented and practical to use.
Mechanical parts and assemblies, sheet-metal enclosures, welded frames, DFM/DFA reviews, manufacturing drawings, GD&T, tolerances, flat patterns and BOMs. I can also reconstruct functional CAD from measurements, physical parts and 3D scans.
I develop printable products through CAD, slicing, prototype checks and revision. My Upwork profile records 62 different 3D-printed products developed for one client. I operate a Bambu Lab P1S and can support repeat-part batch printing and small production runs.
China sourcing, supplier communication, on-site factory production guidance, quality checks against agreed requirements, packing and shipment coordination. CNC-machined components are part of this broader procurement and fulfillment service.
I work across design and fabrication software to keep models, drawings and production files connected. Depending on the project, deliverables can include native CAD, PDF drawings, DXF flat patterns, STEP geometry, BOMs and print-ready files.
I begin by clarifying function, interfaces, materials and manufacturing constraints, then develop the CAD and review it against prototype or supplier feedback. Clear dimensions, revision records and a coordinated handoff help keep production decisions understandable.
